I reserved 2 rooms at this place. The check in was ok he explained the restaurant/ bar hours well as pool time access. We went to put our luggage in the rooms and decided to got try the food in there restaurant. There was nobody there eating it was only us 4 eating. We had no water offered upon sitting. The waitress brought us the menu and took about 15 minutes to ask if we wanted something to drink. We asked for our drinks then it took another 15 minutes to come back and ask for food orders. We ordered grilled chicken plate, burger with fries, club sandwich with fries and mixed fajitas plate chicken and meat. It literally took 35 minutes to get 3 plates and still waiting on the fajitas plate. 3 of us were all done while we continued to wait for the fajitas and had to get up and ask status on it the girl said it’s coming. 3 of them hanging out chatting and nobody would come ask everything ok or anything needed.. it took practically 50 minutes to get the fajitas so we e sat and waited for our friend to eat. Not kind you it said mixed with chicken and meat. No meat was in it. Why did it take this long when they had zero customers. I overheard a guy come and complain where is my club sandwich that I orders 30 minutes ago to my room. One of the guys said oh they been busy.. really? With who we were the only 4 in there. All employees were just hanging out chatting and even saw the guy fro. Reception come and change a bill with one of the ladies in the kitchen. Both counting coins.
