"The main property was nice but don’t be deceived. There is an outbuilding where we were placed. It was old, carpets dirty, and just not what I expected for the price we paid. The grounds are nice but this is located in the city in a neighborhood. I felt it was misrepresented. That said, their scones were good."

"The hostel was situated in such a serene and peaceful location that I instantly fell in love with it. It honestly became one of the best hostels I’ve ever stayed in. They even had a proper kitchen where guests could cook their own meals, making it feel more like a home than just a hostel. The accommodation itself was not bad, but it was not what we expected, or at least not what they advertise. The structure is prefabricated, and it shows. The design, furniture, and room décor are all very standard. "The location was really central and lovely, Though the bar across the street is a bit noisy at night. It didn't bother us too much but if you're a really light sleeper it might be annoying. Check in was pretty smooth. We had the door code upon check-in but it took about 20 minutes for them to respond with our room code, which was a bit of a pain. We couldn't get into the room till 3:30pm. 30 mins after check in time. All in all we had a very comfortable stay in beautiful Inverness."
