"The service was wonderful. The staff helped arrange things like taxis and a horse ride and made sure I got breakfast before an early morning tour (excellent scones!). They were especially accommodating on my last day when I was taking a late train, allowing me to shower and have a place to hang out for a little while in the late afternoon. "Easy access from city centre, parking within property boundary. Situated to the west of the city so easy to head out to Loch Ness, Fort William and the west. Host was welcoming and helpful and everything was well laid out, from the bedroom (and sitting room extension) to the breakfast area lined with books to suit any reader! "

"Helpful staff thank you for helping me getting my luggage to my room. Instructions to use shower said to wait for the main power switch light to turn green. Unless I misunderstood it stayed red, but the water got hot so I was able get a much needed shower. Room was clean, bed and pillows comfortable and affordable.Temperature comfortable. "DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY. The phone number listed is out of service and there is NO WAY to contact anyone at this property, as it is managed by a third party. I booked 2 nights, tried to get ahold of someone to give us keys and instructions on how to check in and the phone number doesn't work. I contacted the property through Expedia and the management company got back to me 36 hours later. In the meantime, we had to drive 40 minutes out of Inverness to even find a hotel for the first night and...
