"The property is beautiful in the historical area of Curacao. The host greeted us at the door with cold water. We were pleasantly upgraded to a larger room with a balcony. Each floor, including our room, had an espresso machine including coffee and tea. The fixtures and furniture were all new and the rooms were spotless; lots of interesting vintage decorations. The whole time I’ve been there the stuff has been nothing but helpful with excursions, and other amenities that I requested or needed help with. "This is a beautiful property. The staff were polite and accommodating. There is no mirror or TV in the room. We had ocean view and it was gorgeous. The only disappointment was not being able to use the pool after 6pm far as amenities. And, I stayed there for 7 days which was an hefty penny. After paying at checkout, I was called back to swipe my card again because they didn’t charge me 6 cents. They were helpful in helping my spouse obtain flowers for my birthday and storing my cake."

I didn’t like that all the windows wouldn’t shut - meaning others could look inside and see me. However I didn’t spend a whole lot of time in the room and there wasn’t a lot of foot traffic outside. "Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was disappointing. The property could benefit from significant upgrades, as the rooms had an unpleasant odor and did not feel well-maintained. Breakfast, which was the only meal offered, was below expectations, with very limited options and poor overall quality. Additionally, the policies and arrangements for early check-in, late check-out, and late arrivals were quite inconvenient and not guest-friendly. "We booked the oceanfront room: an awsome newly renovated room with a wonderful seaview. A confortable bed, a big private terrace with two deckchairs We had lovely breakfast and dîner there The staff is very friendly and helpful. A small pool with deckchairs is also available.
