Hotel muito bom,a rede Andrade pegou este hotel faz três meses,então estão reformando e melhorando mais ,temos que entender esta transação,que é pra melhorar mais,mas foi muito bom.

Meu quarto tinha duas camas de casal. Em uma delas, a mola do colchão estava estourada e pro lado de fora, na lateral e me arranhei. Além disso, o lençol não cobria o colchão todo... Conforme eu me mexia o lençol saia do lugar, por ser menor que o tamanho do colchão. (Super anti higiênico na minha opinião) . Quando liguei na recepção, me disseram que as camareiras colocaram lençol menor pq não tinha mais do maior, que não havia nada que eles podiam fazer. O andar que eu fiquei era não fumante. Porém, meu vizinho de quarto estava fumando e devido a uma tubulação de fios que estava aberta, sem nenhum acabamento, que ficava al lado da cama, todo o cheiro de cigarro veio para o nosso quarto. Pedimos para mudar de quarto, e nos colocaram em outro que cheirava esgoto, fossa... Muito forte. Na sequência nos trocaram novamente...infelizmente fiquei em um quarto inferior ao primeiro, tratando-se de conforto. Tive experiência em 3 quartos....todos eles com os móveis em situação precária, necessitando de manutenção e troca. Todos eles com o teto do banheiro de madeira, sem acabamento nas laterais, apresentando teias de aranha. O ar condicionado faz barulho muito alto, semelhante a um trator quando ligado. O atendimento da recepção é carismático, porém o hotel não fornece insumos para que eles possam oferecer uma melhor experiência ao cliente. As fotos da internet são do hotel, mas são antigas, quando o lugar ainda era novo. Precisa urgente de manutenção. Faltou espaço pra escrever...

As fotos são diferentes na internet, hotel muito antigo, a limpeza deixou a desejar mas não pelo esforço da camareira, tem que ter programado extra. Uma porta liga todos os quartos no outro e ouve-se tudo. Qualidade do papel higiênico ruim. Café da manhã bom.

Problemas com os elevadores (vazamento de água no elevador) ocasionou interrupção dos mesmos. Cheiro desagradável e forte no banheiro proveniente de encanamento. Buraco na parede aparentemente de manutenção elétrica e não foi restaurado. Estes problemas aparentam uma rede elétrica e hidráulica velha e sem manutenção. Quanto a questão humana, funcionários, muito atenciosos e simpáticos.
