"Can’t beat the location. Room was great. My only complaint is the towels were thin and cheap. Definitely bring headphones or earplugs….you can hear others moving around and traffic outside. Had to park about 1/2 mile away but that’s expected with the location."

"The posting on Expedia was false. The room we stayed in was a shack outside. The AC unit blew like crazy rattling off the wall. I’d like a call from Expedia to discuss this matter!"

"The property is in a lovely neighborhood, quiet, full of trees and just a short walk to restaurants, shops, bars, live music and sunset. The room was big and very comfortable. The parking was on the property and the staff was helpful. The breakfast was included in the price and had nice pastries, yogurt, coffee, and tea. Coffee and tea were available in the hotel living room 24/7. We will stay there again."

"This is my second stay at this hotel and I love it here! The location is convenient and quiet. I went to the Dry Tortugas this year and the Ferry was literally 5 minutes away! Duval and shopping is less than a 10 minute walk. There is a bike rental basically next door, and they will give you discounted rates if you stay at the hotel. Inside the rooms the amenities are basic, but still comfortable. I love the out door amenities and the breakfast bar- it’s outside so bring your bug spray the...

"Well, the room description doesnt state that there are a lot of very steep stairs to climb. I currently have mobility issues related to a fracture to my tibia i sustained last December. I called the resort on the way there to ask about a cancelation related to parking possibly being an issue. Note that at that time i wasnt even aware of the stairs to get to the room. I am revognized as handicap by the ADA. Keep in mind also the description of the property list the room we booked as handicap...
