"Everything started out great when my girlfriend and I first arrived. This was a birthday present for myself and also a getaway trip from work/home life. I was so excited to be able to use a hot tub because of the type of work I do when I went downstairs around 6 PM to use the hot tub there was a family with 8 kids in the hot tub with four adults now hey I get it but when there’s a sign behind you that says no children under 18 and you have little children with Floaties on who can’t even swim that’s dangerous not to mention it’s rude. The next day, my girlfriend went down to the staff and told them how upset we were that we couldn’t even use that hot tub because they stayed in it all night. They went back and reviewed the footage and seeing that there were children in there and got very upset because it can hurt their bodies. They said they did make it up and switch our room to a nicer room. I don’t know I feel like that really didn’t have anything to do with the problem, but it was so nice and they gave us two free complementary breakfast tickets but then the next night we were able to use it and then we went and ate and then by the time we came back those same people and the kids were back in the hot tub, so I said something again so all in all it really wasn’t that bad if they just paid more attention to the people that are swimming in the pool and hot tub"
