"1st room assigned had not been cleaned... 2nd room was better but a dresser drawer would not stay closed and there was no hot water that evening.... tried again in the morning and thete was, but we should have had hot water all the time... probably will look for a different hotel in the future.... also, traffic and train noise , but that is due to location"

"Staff was outstanding and very helpful and very courteous. Cannot say enough about how easy it was to communicate with them. Breakfast was the best I have had in years. My compliments to the chef."

"I would’ve rated everything excellent but the property was under going renovation and it was a bit loud and dusty! The lady who made the cookies for the front desk, made sure we had an abundance of chocolate chip cookies and sugar cookies. She went out of her way to make them for us."

"Clean property. My only complaint is that the rooms AC need some work . Turned all the way down and it was so hot at night. They don’t have ceiling fans."

"I have fair expectations for a room between $75-100/night. But this room was awful and frankly, unsafe. The bathroom light was failing, the tub floor had no slip-preventing pad or stickers on it, and the curtain rod was hung crooked and hanging by a thread. Wyndham needs to look into the management and demand changes, because this is not up to their standards. Not even close."

"Fine for the most part. The bed was way too hard for our taste so we didn’t get much sleep. I found out the next day that if we would have shown our room key card at Texas Roadhouse we would have gotten 20% off. That should have been mentioned at check-in. That cost us $27."

"Carpets were dirty. Forgot my sandals and had to walk on carpets without shoes. Had to rewash my feet before putting my shoes on. Bottom of my feet were brown from walking on carpet without shoes. Also A/C didn’t work very well. Could not get it to cool off. They must monitor the units from their end because no matter how low I’d put the A/C it wouldn’t cool any lower. Other than that the room was clean."
