"We liked the quietness the room was clean the lady who checked us in was awesome very sweet She is what customer service should always be... Now what we didn't like was the matress was very uncomfortable you could tell it was cheap cheap!!!.Plus no comforter just a thin very thin cover..Shower door wouldn't close ..And the fact that they charged us a extra 25.00 dollars which was immediately refundable but non the less wasnt disclosed in the booking "

I appreciate the welcoming demeanor of the staff from the front desk to the room staff. The facilities were clean and comfortable, you can’t go wrong with hot showers and soft beds! "Rooms clean thr foam thing in the window need to be replace they're dingie looking,sink need a different faucet head because water runs everywhere. Over all the room were comfortable, bed sleeps good. In a perfect area,you will feel safe,they do monitor their premises. Desk clerk were nice and friendly. Wifi wouldnt connect my table/phone. Continental breakfast need some meat/eggs Other than that breakfast great. I recommend this place when you're visiting bossier."

"Was there for the weekend. Check in staff was great. Jay was the one who checked me in and he was so friendly and nice, let me know about the bar and grill what time it closes and about breakfast hours. He sing a song cause I was there for a concert. We had a running toilet and they had it fix less then 5 minutes after I reported it. Room was clean the hotel it self was clean inside and outside. All the staff was very nice when you saw them. This will be my stay whenever I'm in town."
