I chose Sea Queen Hotel Da Nang based on the listing and reviews on Expedia, which made the hotel appear welcoming and professional. Unfortunately, the actual experience was very disappointing. The main issue was the unfriendly and rude behavior of the staff, especially the kitchen/breakfast attendant. During breakfast, the staff member was impatient, unwelcoming, and spoke in a rude tone. It felt uncomfortable and completely lacking in basic hospitality. Simple interactions felt like an inconvenience to them. Because this hotel was promoted positively on Expedia, my expectations were much higher. Sadly, the staff attitude—particularly in the breakfast area—did not match what was advertised or expected from a hotel listed on a major booking platform. Management seriously needs to improve staff training, especially for guest-facing roles. I would not recommend this hotel unless service standards improve significantly.

Great hotel and city

Comfortable and compact hotel close to surfing and everything else. Its possible to get a free bike from the hotel and drive to Banana Hills. Da Nang is most likely one of the best holiday cities in Southeast-Asia. Theres lots of things to do compared to its size and the weather is not too hot.

The receeption staff, especially Nhi and Thanh was ftiendly, helpful. One can see that they were very well trained. The breakfast buffet was not great.However, the Ukranian lady who was attending there was very nice, courteous and professional.

少し古いホテルでは有るがこの価格で朝食ビュッフェがついて毎日清掃とタオル交換があり、とてもコスパのいいホテルです。 屋上のプールはとても深く大人向けのプールと言えます。 近くには美味しいレストランが沢山あり、違うホテルに移動したあともこの周りのレストランを利用していました。 スタッフの方もとてもフレンドリーで気持ちよく過ごすことが出来ました。

很棒的旅館

飯店位子很棒很安靜，早餐是吃到飽，我們住了五天，美中不足是菜色都一樣。入住中最不滿意是-乾濕分離的淋浴間，防水條沒做好底旁會漏水，弄得整間浴室都濕掉。 飯店隔壁有一家很便宜租摩托車店，一天是100K越南盾，租越久越便宜。對面有一家便利超商，飯店那條街上也有很多按摩店，離海灘也很近，走路5-8分鐘就到了，機能很方便。 頂樓的無邊際游泳池剛好可以看到夕陽，有時間記得去體驗一下。

Der Dachpool ist genial

Hotel nähe Strand, Zimmer sauber, geräumig. Der Dachpool, unser Hauptbuchungsgrund :) , genial, tolle Aussicht, mit kleiner "Terasseninsel" und Cocktailbar. Tagsüber zum entspannen und verweilen und abends um Da Nang bei Nacht leuchten zu sehn.

Everything was ok. Female staffs were great. But male staffs were unkind. I checked in late. Two men were sleeping on the couch. Waking them up, they looked unhappy. And there is a guy with big black glasses. He looks very serious all the time. On the rooftop I said hi to him. He said "take off your sandles" instead of saying hi back. I felt awful. This hotel should put up the sign about sandles. I wouldn't visit this hotel again because of that guy.

Wonderful experience!

It was such a wonderful experience there. It is waking distance from the my khe beach and 2 minutes walk from the ngon villa. The skyview pool is nice. And the nicest thing is that the staff there are very nice and kind hearted. It was my birthday and they prepared a birthday cake for me just because the staff check on my birthday date when doing a copy of my passport! And the other staff also know this and say happy birthday to me with friendly smiles everywhere. Will recommend to all friends and here to you all.

너무나 아름다운 루프탑 수영장, 그리고 친절한 스텝들...

미케비치 해변에서 도보 5분 거리의 정말 멋진 숙소입니다. 베트남 여행을 5번 정도 다녀봤지만 스텝들이 이렇게 친절한 적은 없었던 것 같습니다. 그리고 룸 컨디션 역시 정말 깨끗하고 좋았으며, 조식 역시 4성급, 5성급 호텔과 비교해서 뒤지지 않는 컬리티였습니다. 특히 옥상에 있는 루프탑 바랑 수영장은 최고였습니다. 아름다운 야경을 보면서 칵테일 한잔 너무 낭만적이고 황홀했습니다. 인근에 버거블로스랑 저렴하면서 서비스 좋은 마사지샵도 있고, 간단하게 식사할 수 있는 로컬 음식점도 많아서 좋았습니다. 다음에 다낭오게되면 반드시 퀸스핑거 호텔에 숙박하고 싶습니다.

호텔은good 그러나 호텔에서 해준 pick up 택시는 very bad

호텔에서의 생활은 good 이었다. 그러나 귀국하는날 호텔에서 pick up 택시를 불러줬는데 택시기사 운전난폭,신경질,그리고 중요한건 다낭국제공항에 국내선에서 내려줌. 짐들고 다시 국제선으로 걸어서감.

생각보다..

생각보다 일단 방음이 잘 되지않아 시끄러웠음, 와이파이도 연결잘안됨, 욕조 균형이 맞지않아 덜컹거림 직원들의 친절은 좋았음.
