"Firstly, the staff were very kind and helpful and the breakfast was fine. BUT… 1. The AC was weirdly loud all night and 2.Did not cool to the temperature set. 3. My shower started out lukewarm and turned cold after 60 seconds for the duration. 4. I had a 3rd floor room that the elevator went up to but was broken to come down- the button was broken.
