"The room itself was very small, but understandable for Japanese standards. The cleanliness was fine however, the beds were terrible. We spent three nights there and woke up with back pain. They were very very uncomfortable. The pillows were uncomfortable as well. I did not pay for breakfast for the three nights that we were there however, on the last morning, I went down to get breakfast for myself and forgot my room key. He asked me for my room key 3×3 times I told him I did not have it and...

"The staff were friendly, the hotel was modern and clean. The AC went out for a bit but started working, the wifi was spotty in the room. We purchased the breakfast, most Japanese food, little Western choices, coffee was strong 👍. Rooms were spacious, beds soft, pillows hard. Rooms were clean. Had shopping and restaurants on 2nd floor. Had a ramp to the metro station. Hotel was central to many attractions. Would stay there again!"

"Hotel aside from having amazing views, has lots of updating to do. AC didnt work on our rooms. They set to a temperature you can't change. I booked 2 rooms both had the same issue. It was aways from the city, Hotel definitely could use some renovation."

"Everything was great location excellent if your going to universal. Very close to the train station. Plenty of food options and shopping. Only problem was checking in they gave us the wrong room with 3 beds instead of for 4 people and took a while to convince them we had booked a room for 4 people even after showing the reservation and photos of the room we booked. This was all past midnight so that was not fun especially when the guest is tired. Eventually they moved us."

"This hotel was conveniently located across from the train station and near a convenience store. Our room was small, but very clean with separate toilet and shower areas. There was a wonderful welcome center on the third floor that offered a variety of drinks during the day which was an added benefit. The hotel also had many extra toiletries offered if needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful! We would definitely recommend!"

"From the moment we checked in the staff were all very helpful. They greeted us at the taxi, umbrella and all. check in was efficient and quick and everything was clearly explained. Room was beautiful and clean, big space, and nice big windows. We took advantage of the outside patio a lot, very peaceful area to have a drink and sit down to relax. Nothing but good things to say about our stay here."
