I Love their Staff they are so understanding and sweet and let's not forget very professional. The Room was clean and just right for me and my daughters to feel safe and comfortably. Love y'all for the hand y'all handout to someones they see is struggling. God Bless y’all and your family!

My room reeked of nasty foot odor and smoke. Upon checking out all my clothes, smell like the room, which was a very nasty musty odor smell. There was a drug addict that fell asleep in the stairwell that blocked the path for other people to travel through. However, the staff was extremely friendly.

We booked our room, arrive at property, to be told, they don't have a double bed. So we get an "upgraded" single bed. Recieve our key, to our door not allowing entry. Go downstairs and nobody is able to get into the office to get new keys. Some time later, an amazing staff member came to let us in, we then get in room and it's full of roaches, and the smell was horrid. Your late night relief front desk worker was amazing and did all she could to resolve

They first put me in a filthy room riddled with cockroaches later I insisted on a different room. the new room was clean. I bought roach spray and only saw 10 to 12 roaches and killed them. The first room after an hour of lights out; they were everywhere ... everywhere. Stay out of room 316!! The other issues were no room service for 14 days so trash built up and I never got any clean towels or bedding; not once in 2 weeks. The full size fridge worked well and was the best part. The microwave did not work; I bought my own micro wave and with all the bugs I was not interested in trying to use the stove top burners so I dont know if they work or not. The bed was comfortable. BYO microwave and roach spray, wash your own bedding and towels; tolerate a garbage pile in your room and your stay will be survivable. I also did not try the laundry facility; I went to a laundromat off property.

The amenities were very lacking. There was a hot plate that worked, but it was very slow heating up and was rusty. The refrigerator was fine. There were bugs in the room. We were happy when we left.

Had to switch rooms after first night because of cigarette smoke smell and German roaches. Went to a “newly renovated” room just to sleep in the car the 2nd night because German roaches started crawling all over the refrigerator, nightstands and floor. Couldn’t eat sleep or breathe in this extended stay without a roach popping up.

Staff was great, but room was absolutely filthy. As soon as I flicked the lights on, roaches scattered, room reeked off cigarettes and there was no toilet paper… Not to mention some random lady came to my room at around midnight banging on the door asking about a man named “slim,” luckily I always carry my trusty Glock.

Could not sleep due to the infestation of roaches. Asked staff for a refund and was told no they could t at first and that they could move me to a different room. I said I just want the refund and then they told me they put in my refund but could not refund for the whole amount. It’s almost a week and still have not received the refund back to my account. Would not recommend to anyone.
