The property was dirty. Trash everywhere. There was what appeared to be a trail of blood in the hallway in front of our room. No toilet paper in the room and whe I asked for more than one at the front desk because we had adjoining rooms, manager said they can only give one. Room smelled like mildew. Overall bad hotel experience.

Hand surgery

This is my go to hotel when I’m in that area. The staff were amazing. Had to move me because the air conditioner wasn’t working. Was upgraded to two bedroom two bath. I was disappointed that there wasn’t any food at the Express Mart. There was only Cheerios for breakfast. So no breakfast basically. I don’t know if they’ve changed hands or I caught them at a bad time.

Front desk employee was not only unfriendly but rude and sarcastic. Day of my checkin he surprised me with this 100 deposit i was unaware of since booked thru another source .When i only had it in form of cash he canceled my room and i had no place to stay..far from my home.Would never return nor recommend. Not nice around either.

Trash in the night stand No towels, no blankets, no light bulbs in several lights, tv didn't work in the bedroom, sink wouldn't drain, holes in the walls, carpet was so sticky you had to wear shoes all the time in the room, dog poop on the balcony, the breakfast pictured on the website was not the breakfast offered, only cereal and coffee and juice, swimming pool water was green and scattered with trash, the front desk attendant did try to help as much as he could,

The staff were nice and friendly. I let them know about the horribly stained pull out sofa mattress that needed to be replaced, they changed it with a not so stained one. The breakfast needs to be upgraded to at least look like the advertised picture. There was a tub of country crock butter and a jar of jelly. No oatmeal, no fruit, no yogurt, no tea, no pastries. I’m an avid traveler and there are some things that are expected at hotels when breakfast is advertised. A deep cleaning in the carpeted area with the seats and tvs is needed. The sleeper sofa mattresses need to be replace with NEW ones asap. They are disgusting. There were several huge urine stains, and possibly blood stains on the one in our room. I understand that this place is residence for some people, but for those who are just stopping by need to feel like it’s an oasis. If my daughter and her family didn’t have little ones and a ton of stuff on hand while waiting for their apartment to be ready, I would have moved us after the first night. They were exhausted from traveling to relocate and just dealt with it. I hope the owner does a deep cleaning and makes necessary adjustments for future patrons. Currently, I don’t recommend. The staff were nice, helpful, and friendly.

I only had two nights here. The walls are paper thin and I could hear people talking and laughing after 2 to 3 am. They require a deposit just in case you smoke but when I walked into my room it reeked of smoke. They did not provide any necessities. I did not get hand soap and the body wash in the shower was empty. I went down next morning to inform them and they would provide when they cleared the room. I went back around midnight after being gone all day wanting a shower. Not only was my room not cleaned, there was still no soap. The night attendant was very rude. He stated they didn’t have boy wash and no handed me a couple hand soaps to wash my body with. I asked to switch to another room but he couldn’t guarantee any soap. I asked for a refund and that couldn’t be provided either. I will be charging back my CC for this horrible experience.

With exception of some deferred maintenance of the property our stay was very enjoyable. The staff were great and helpful. We were provided tips on nearby restaurants. The room was very clean and smelled fresh. Unit had everything we needed, Location was great. I would stay here again.

No light in bathroom Property in decline Breakfast very minimal. Not full as described. Had to ask for butter for toast. They claimed fridge broken, but other guests said it has been broken for days. They gave us 3rd floor room as our dog friendly room even tho we checked in at 4pm.

I travel a lot for work. This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I feel obligated to leave review to warn others. The room we were given smelled like mildew so bad you could barely breathe. The smoke detector was beeping so loud directly over the bed, There was no way we would sleep, and there were still urine in the toilet . After being made to feel like we were completely inconveniencing the person behind the front desk to change rooms, we settled into a different room. It took less than five minutes of walking around in the second room for our feet to turn black, the carpet was so dirty. The next morning we realized we had no toilet paper so we called to get some and we’re informed we had to come down for toilet paper. After working we wanted to go out to diner. We called the front desk and asked for new towels and were informed, we could only get towels in the morning. We waited till morning and then we’re informed they had no extra towels and would have to wash ours (even though moments earlier I saw a housekeeper load towels on their cart). That was at 8:30. We were told 40 minutes. 4 hours and 4 trips to the front desk later they send my wife back with soaking wet towels. When I went down to confront the staff he was sitting behind a desk playing on the computer. I was obviously upset with reason the front desk person even got threading toward me. After a heated exchange they deliver different hot dry towels to my room 10 minutes later. Never stay here!

The pictures are definitely NOT from the property. It seems like this was an apartment that was turned into a hotel. The bed only had a top sheet and seersucker throw, no blankets. The doors separating the bedroom were just leaning against the wall. Our kitchen had 3 plates, a bowl, and a chef's knife, nothing else. The couch was one step above a futon. Definitely will not stay here again.

Manager makes unauthorized charges/ keep deposit

Arrived and put in a room with broken fixtures, roaches and tv that didn’t work. The night clerk did move me and upgraded actually. As great as that was it ended badly when the manager became a shady thief. I renewed one day and it took me till noon to get my ducks in a row and even thought I booked she charged me ( stole 50.00 dollars ) with no authorization or advisement. Checked out left better that I found it literally and she has kept my deposit. Absolute robbery.
