"Stayed for 6 nights and housekeeping did not come even once. After the third night, I specifically requested service and even went down to the common area to work so they would have access to the room, but no one ever showed up. I also had to call the front desk for more toilet paper, and instead of bringing it to the room, they made me go all the way down to pick it up myself. Breakfast was another issue—one morning the milk being served had gone bad. I took the jug to the back because there were kids around and I didn’t want them drinking it, but no one there spoke enough English to understand what I was trying to explain. To make matters worse, I called twice requesting to speak with the manager, and neither call was ever returned. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I will not be returning for future business trips, and I would never recommend this place to anyone."
