"I loved the location. As well.as the serenity of the area. The center garden was quaint and enjoyable. You can walk to the beach. The water was super hot and I truly loved that. Nice to have a fridge and microwave. The owners were super friendly and kind. Price point was excellent. Great place and I will definitely stay again."

"As a small hotel, they did a good job trying to remodel. Hopefully they will add a wardrobe or something to hang your clothes, jackets, etc in the room. It would have also been nice to have a hook on the bathroom door or a place to hang bathing suit or whatever to dry. Otherwise it was a decent stay. I'd stay again for that price."

"Staff was great. Bed was very comfortable. AC was GREAT, almost too cold. Breakfast was your typical sort. The breakfast was served from 6-10 and very well stocked and clean. Just a short walk to the bay. Pool was nice.
I would have given a higher rating, however... there was mold by the door leading to the balcony, the tile floor wasn't very clean(hair and sticky spots) in several places and the exhaust fan wasn't securely attached to the ceiling. Yes, this hotel is on the water, but I feel...

"There were sirens, gun shots, a woman trying to sell us Jordan’s at midnight, another woman came knocking on our door & then ran away at 5 am. Did not feel safe staying there what so ever. The room was disgusting, the floor probably hadn’t been swept ever. The shower had mold & there wasn’t really any hot water. The mini fridge was covered in old food and the room smelled musty."

"Bedspread (duvet) in room had a large dark stain on it and the carpeting was wet in front of the fridge. When you have dated hotel furnishings, a good place to start is by loosing all the dark spreads, and going to duvet covers or just triple sheeting. It took over 90 minutes for anyone to show up to correct the issues, and I was placed on hold for 15 minutes and 10 minutes when trying to talk to a front desk associate. I was told room changing was not an option because they were sold out...

"The room smelled strongly of marijuana, cigarette smoke, and mold when we arrived. Unfortunately, the air conditioning didn't cool the room very well, and the cigarette smell lingered throughout our stay. By the time we left, our clothes had absorbed the odor.
The refrigerator was one of the few positives—it kept everything cold, and the freezer worked perfectly. I would recommend keeping your food in grocery bags while it's in the fridge.
Be sure to bring flip-flops or sandals. The floors...

"Absolutely unacceptable! Overbooked our room and left us stranded at 11:00 PM.
I am writing this review to warn all future travelers about the severe lack of professionalism and ethics at this property. We made a confirmed reservation well in advance through Expedia. However, when we arrived at the property at 11:00 PM after a long journey, we were shocked to find out that they had resold our room to someone else.
