"First off, the staff was first class. From the front desk people to the doormen, they were always willing to help and always with a smile. The hotel is also very clean and the room was perfect. The location of the hotel also couldn’t be beat. So close to great restaurants and shopping. Close to Central Park, Rockefeller Center, and Broadway. Close to subway and easy to get taxis. The only slight negative is there is not a bar or restaurant in this hotel. Not a deal breaker for us and would stay...

Only bad things are the lifts are frequently broken and out of order, and housekeeping guy was super intense- knocking at 9.30 in the morning and asking if we wanted services while I was still in bed in pajamas. I kept saying no to try and get him to go away but took ages for him to get the hint. Not a good start to the day. Otherwise it was great."
