"Was nice and clean and just what we needed for a good night sleep at a great rate Only problem we had room 315 smelt badly of cigarettes smoke but once we told them they came and sorted it and room 323 the smoke alarm kept beeping We will come back see ya next year when we be passing through again"

"Staff was very nice and helpful and the valets were prompt and friendly. The facility can use a bit of updating. The floors in my room squeaked terribly, it also would have been helpful to have a menu and room service information available in the room. I had to go down to the desk to get coffee pods and creamer a couple of times because the room had only enough for one person. The hotel is located in a very nice building and district that seems to be going through gentrification and updating. It was convenient to everything I wanted to see."
