"Great location. Used parking valet, which was extremely efficient. The only negatives were that even when the outdoor temperature was in the 90s, the common areas were extremely warm and humid. And our room, although large, comfortable, and clean, had a very musty, unpleasant smell."

"I was overcharged via the app. Their billing process is confusing and frustrating. My sister paid half the price that I did. The room was very good. We had a comfortable bed and enjoyed the view from the 18th floor. Breakfast in the M Lounge was satisfying."

"Everything the staff could control was wonderful. The elevator was not working, however. When told the front desk more than 2 flights would be a hardship for us, they immediately changed our room for us."

"I was delighted to find the appearance of the hotel to look like a 1950's motel. It was so appropriate since we were going back in time to see Mt. Airy (Mayberry). However everything was clean and new looking. The continental breakfast was wonderful with buttermilk biscuits like Grandma use to make. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. It was a great trip and the hotel made a positive difference."
