"The rooms are cold and damp. The stairs are rickety and an absolute health-hazard. There is no WiFi, despite the claim on Orbitz. The manager confessed he hasn't had WiFi in the hotel for months. The TV was not working. The water supply is a trickle and ice-cold....after many complaints the trickle turned warm, so you could fill 1 bucket per hour. "This hotel does not have bad amenities but a terribly reluctant management. Basically, the answer was 'no, sorry we cannot' to every request. We even had to insist and fight to have laundered sheets put on our beds as the bed we were given had unwashed, stained sheets. It did have a nice rooftop deck with a wonderful mountain view.
