"The location is brilliant. The breakfast is brilliant and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. As a single, female traveller, I felt safe.
Unfortunately, I found that my room hadn't been made up when I checked in at about 5pm. Although, the person on reception was very apologetic and sent staff to clean the room, it spoilt the experience for me. Hopefully it was a one-off, so I would consider booking again in the future, but it has affected my score this time."
