"Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was disappointing. There was no hand soap provided in the room, and the Wi-Fi was very poor and unreliable throughout my stay. The biggest issue was the breakfast service. It was disorganized, and there didn't seem to be anyone directing guests or managing the seating during the busy morning hours. "I repeatedly reminded the front desk, both at check-in and at check-out, NOT to use the pre-approved card claim for the deposit. There were no payments to be made against the deposit. Yet the full deposit was charged to my card! And after three days, it was not credited back. A shame, fraud!"
