"Hotel was overall very clean. Close to highway. Buffet breakfast was good."

"Parking was free and great lots of room. Hotel and rooms were nice. Pool and hottin were great. Location was awesome right off the highway 401. Only issue i can say is the breakfast area and location. It was so small and tight. Not good flow with other people also tryiing to get food. Sitting area was small too if alot of people are there. Gettig the food was extremely small, no room to moce around."

"The rooms were clean and there were bathroom amenities. The free breakfast was very good. I was concerned that there was no water in the rooms for the coffee machine aside from getting a cup of water from the bathroom. I called down to the front desk inquiring about this as I thought for how much I paid for a room there should at least be water supplied for the coffee maker. The customer service rep from the front desk, apparently felt bad for me and brought me up a free plastic bottle of water. Kudos to him being thoughtful. It left me with a very good view of this hotel."

"Due to fluctuations in outside temperature, the hotel AC had not yet been activated. The room was uncomfortably hot (26C). I believe it is prudent for the hotel to notify customers in advance of this prior to locking in the reservation. Had I known, I would have made alternative reservations. I got a fan and an apology from the hotel either of which was satisfactory. Disappointed."

"Great well lit parking and nice desk staff. Bathroom floor has a build up of dirt in corners especially beside toilet. Carpets are worn dark grey prompting us to search for bed bugs but found none on the old mattresses. Blankets have cigarette burn holes. Bedding and towels seemed clean. "
