"After traveling all summer for baseball, we have stayed in a ton of different hotels, and we left this hotel saying this was the best stay we’ve ever had. All the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel and room was very clean, with everything you could need. Many options for breakfast. Great location in downtown Charlotte."

"Quick check in, friendly staff. This is an old hotel with clean room and bathroom. Comfortable beds. My only suggestion is that they need to upgrade the carpets every where, it shows is age. We decided not to pay extra for the continental breakfast so I can't give any comment about it. Easy parking with plenty of restaurants in the area. Very close to UNCC."
