"The room was clean , the hotel was very clean as well. However the air conditioner comes on with a clunk and also goes off that way very frequently. The nights were hot, I think they had trouble keeping the hotel cool, at one point they kept the hall doors."

"Great place to stay in the heart of Charlotte! The rooftop lounge and bar have a modern eclectic touch. My single bed was a minimalistic efficiency that has the fixtures every traveler needs. From multiple USB ports to a shower wand and take-home art. I enjoyed my stay, my sleep, and my play. The only disappointment I experienced was on my floor. The ice machine that didn't work and the hallway carpet looked like it could use a vacuum."
