We had a dinner reservation at the restaurant that wowed us on arrival but left very disappointed after the meal. Menu was disappointing and overpriced. Need to hire a new chef and less more attentive staff. "

"Probably one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Absolutely stunning decor, we had a junoir suite with a view of the IJ and it was perfect. Also had a little welcome gift from the staff for our anniversary waiting for us in the room. The hotel was walking distance to tram and bus stops to get around all of the city. The hotel was quiet enough but also bustling enough in tbe bar at night time. Staff puldnt do enough for you. We will definitely be back!"

ARCA restaurant was closed when we were there, however we tried the limited menu at the bar and the food was delicious. We were very happy with our stay. Hotel was expensive but worth it. "
