"The locations was ideal. Close to the Hershey Park, Mall and other attractions. The staff was welcoming from the start and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. The location of the pool and gym were on the first floor with good access. The parking was sufficient and adjacent to the property. The breakfast had a variety of items, including fresh waffles. Comfortable atmosphere."

"Blankets had yellow stains on them. The mattress had a maroonish stain on it. We asked for a different room due to the stains on our bedding and mattress and was told no. I asked to speak to a manager and was told no. I checked out 2hrs later and they witheld money for the whole weekend even though i left because the room was dirty and the pool was closed 2hrs early for no apparent reason. I will neverrr everrr reccommend this place and it should be listed as a motel."

"Never went breakfast. Upon leaving on last day I had a large cup in hand, looking for ice. They had none. So I proceeded to make coffee (2 cups) in the 8oz cups provided. When I was done. I looked up to find man at front desk staring. He probably thought I was going to fill that 32 oz plastic cup with hot coffee. Even though our toilet rocked and bathroom sink (only sink) drained very slow, my real gripe was that children were allowed to run the halls playing and literally screaming past...

"This place was a real gem! Upon checking in I had 4 different people (some who may not have even worked there) helping us get our room key. Once in our room, we were delighted to find clean sheets, extra lights in the bathroom, and NO cameras. We were just a day too early for the grand pool reopening, so maybe next time we're in town we'll come for a swim! "We arrived to town early and paid for early check in. They said our room was ready and we excepted the fee to check in early. Our room wasn’t ready. Beds were unmade, garbage needed changed and bathroom needed cleaned. We maxed out items on the couch and food for travel in the fridge. We went to the front desk and explained.
