"I frequently travel to New York. Other than this hotel being in a great location, the process of checking in, communication w the non available host, & lack of room service, makes it not worth booking. Business operations are below par. Additionally, pictures online versus in person seem to not match up.
If you are looking for a cheaper option & just need a place to lay your head for a night, by all means, book this hotel. It’s a safe area."

"バスタブがないお部屋だったことは残念でしたが、立地、キッチンなどの設備や、ランドリーも無料で使用でき、毎日の清掃も清潔で、暮らすように生活でき快適でした。建物内にあるラジオシティピザもとても美味しかったです！"

"Loved everything especially the availability of full kitchen with all cooking supplies. Great views of the city. Convenient location. Grocery store is in the same block. Wish the subway station was a little closer but we enjoyed walking . Amazing rooftop restaurant /lounge Ofelia on the 26th floor. Would stay there again"
