"Good location , very clean"

"A wonderful place to stay if you need to be at the Gold Coast University Hospital early in the morning. Very comfortable beds, clean, modern rooms. The bathroom products smelled wonderful. The gentleman on reception had "training" on his badge and he was dealing with some very odd characters, and handles himself very well, all by himself mind you. I'd stay again if I needed to be bear the hospital."

"The accommodation was not two bedroom it was a 1 plus 1. So I suggest checking the accommodations website for a true description. The unit was unclean and furnishings were very dated. Overall, 2 stars and more like budget accommodation."

"The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with its romantic architecture and timeless charm. The service was amazing, especially Florencia at reception, who was wonderful. The breakfast was also good, and the pool was beautiful, our girls really enjoyed playing in the sand. "The hotel was in a perfect location for the race and right near the train which took us everywhere we needed to go. Very impressed with this location. Staff was amazing."

Its untimed on weekends but 4hrs weekdays. 2) Breakfast options were very limited. was a cabinet of savouries and cakes that didn't seem overly fresh. Given it's on outskirt of Southport (and parking...

"The room had a broken bed. One of the legs was broken and the manager knew about it when I told him. Got zero sleep first night because of bed explained this to manager and manager explained waiting to get someone to repair it. Didnt offer any discount. Thought that was pretty poor and unsafe"

"The children loved the water splash zones … so many fun things to do and not to far from theme parks if that’s what you want to do."

"The room we had originally.. the air con only blew hot air. The fan didn’t go above speed one (which did nothing) the stove top had nothing on the dials which made it hard to use the hotplates to know what was high low etc(was not as obvious as you’d think) took forever to cook anything. We asked to move rooms as it was super hot. I asked if the new room had cooking facilities. Told yes. The “stove” was a portable hot plate which tripped the power when we plugged it in so we couldn’t cook food....
