"Front desk person was efficient, polite and friendly. Room clean and tidy. Other Details: Clothes rack from wall was leaning down away from the wall, I was concerned to hang any clothes on it, so I kept them in my bag. AC unit blows over the Bed, personally I do not like that, it was just part of the design, so I turn the a/c off at night. Shower had very little pressure no fine spray more like a controlled lumpy drizzle. I wanted to do some laptop work, but there is no power point where the desk is located, no leads will stretch to where a power point was, so I dragged the desk with small safe to the centre of the bed base so that the longest charger cable for the laptop would reach, and I worked off the end of the bed. Otherwise good for a short stay."

"I've always enjoyed my stay here ... I love the proximity to Cavill Avenue and the beach ... just convenient ! Staff are good and the hotel itself has superb cleab amenities 😁"

"The room was clean however the family room was just two singles and a double sofa bed, the price for 1st night was okay but second night was quite high for what we got. The bigger room should have a queen bed with a single. The beds were uncomfortable."

Impressive entertainment like an evenjng juggling and magic show. High quality food and coffee served in the cafe, at competitive prices compared to nearby establishments. "

"Staff are wonderful and very welcoming. If you can get a breakfast package do it, a good buffet with gluten free options and eat as much or as little as you want. The staff care which in this day and age is hard to find at most properties."
