"This is the sixth time we have stayed here so not just a one off or one eyed view of this resort. From the second we arrived to the minute we left the resort was totally different. The quality of service, the rooms, the food and overall feel has dropped dramatically. We had a suite, it was not clean, leaked and poorly maintained. Broken fittings, missing equipment, failing wall material (plasterboard, paint and rendering). Mouldy grout, badly stained surfaces, faecal stains on the lounge. Access to the room was poor, construction work occurring leaving the access areas filthy. Management silent when asked questions. Offer another room that had twice as many leaks. We have stayed at this resort 6 times over the past 2-3 years, roughly six months apart. Absolutely last time. Double charge for the room, overdrawing our travelling account, told it was my fault, In the end I would sincerely cautions anyone that has strayed before not to expect the same service or level of any type you have experienced before. Look elsewhere. "
