"Beautiful hotel - gardens, pools and rooms all lovely. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The health club area is amazing - beautiful adult pool area, and quiet spaces galore. Loads of activities offered at hotel like Pilates ,yoga , aquarobics , bike hire and stretch classes. Highly recommend."

"Everything and everyone was lovely. Food was divine. But wheelchairs were all broken and unsafe which was disappointing. I definitely will return"

"Liburan yang berkesan bersama keluarga.Suasananya nyaman dan tenang."

"Amazing beach front access with lounge chairs always available in the most comfortable and serene environment under the trees. Rooms a little dated but perfectly adequate. Brekky great BUT filtered coffee quite yuck and barista coffee had to be purchased. All in all a great resort with terrific pools and beach access."

Although the staff attended to it and the leakage eventually stopped, the issue was not handled as efficiently or thoroughly as expected. Additionally,...

"Great hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good, but this is personnel for must travellers. Location only 200 m to beach and just a few metres to the main road of Sanur to walk to many places to eat and drink."

"Very bad for visibility of the water in swimming pool, no hanger for cloth in the room, bath room, toilet"
