"Disappointed the app wasn't working to place room service for breakfast. Kept getting an error even when I was asking for the app to charge my room. Bell men/women working both days during my stay we're very helpful when asked for directions in the surrounding area."

"The sheets barely stayed on the bed, I often found myself laying on the mattress pad below, so gross. The staff offered to put another one on and just delivered sheets but didn't put them on. The curtains had chocolate on them. The bathroom mat was still rolled up in its plastic that it was bought ..."
