The front desk staff immediately had an attitude, which only got worse throughout the interaction. When we entered the room, it smelled terrible, felt weirdly bare, and there was hair on the bed sheets. "We ended up booking this hotel last minute after having issues with another place nearby, and honestly it completely saved our trip. We arrived around 10pm and the staff were incredibly accommodating, welcoming, and kind despite the late check-in. The hotel itself smelled amazing, felt clean and well cared for, and had great amenities in a really central location. Our room was super cozy, very clean, and overall just felt comfortable the second we walked in. Breakfast in the morning was also...

"About all I can say is the view of, and access to, the beach is the best feature of this property. I expected an 'older' room but it needed a deep clean: stains on furniture, dirty shower curtain, stains on tub floor, worn bathmat. All small issues but together gave an overall icky feel to our 2-night stay. 'Free' breakfast wasn't much-cold cereal, waffles, bagels & English muffins. No milk for the cereal, powdered creamer for coffee. "

"Extremely steep, unsafe parking lot. Halls were dirty. Carpet squares peeling up causing tripping hazard. Room looked ok but halls and room doors scuffed and scratched like they haven't been painted in years. Overall appearance when walking in very shabby. Some of the guests gave me an uneasy feeling."

"The room was very clean and the staff were great! The breakfast had lots of variety and it helped save lots of money as opposed to going out to eat, the walls are a little thin and could hear our neighbors but it wasn't too much of a bother but over it was an amazing stay and we will be visiting again! PS the beach access is unbeatable!!"
