Very quiet overnight, just a bit of noise in the morning as the stall holders started setting up. Comfy bed, good shower. 2 minutes walk from the Thames clippers. Will happily stay again. "

"Ideally situated for visiting the Royal Observatory, National Maritime Museum, Cutty Sark, etc. by way of a pleasant walk across the heath and through Greenwich Park. Also, the hotel is a short bus ride away from the O2 Arena, as well as Blackheath train station within 5 minutes walk, for access to central London. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. "The main entrance scent was lovely. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They allocated a spacious and clean room for my family. There were shops near by and the station was just behind the hotel I was very pleased. One thing I suggest, upgrading the bathroom to a more aesthetic style and improving the breakfast menu I was not able to get plant based milk or yogurt for my daughter. "

"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. The manager said things happened and it is better next time to book direcly with the hotel, not via third party. So I told them, that is not an excuse. If you want everyone to book directly from the hotel site, just dont work with third party agencies in the beginning.
Got the standard room checked in at midnight and the furniture is very old. There is pieces of instant noodles and left over vegetables near the sofa. Very bad maintenance for the standard room according to me.
