"It was very clean and nice view of the lake and amphitheater. No matter how much air freshener they used, I could smell the smoke from the casino. The walls were very thin."

"The carpet was a little stained bathroom cracks on all the walls and ceiling. Shower leaked. Bed was rock hard sheets were scratchy. Breakfast was horrible. They had day old bread and muffins over cooked hard biscuits zero to no fruit, no yogurt and no milk for the cereal. What is the point of having a continental breakfast? If there's nothing you can actually eat. Oh, and the decaf coffee had grounds and lumps in it. 2 other guest refused to drink it and warned me of it."

"We booked here because it was well rated. Sadly our experience was not. When we arrived, the door to the lobby was locked even though it was within the hours they stated they would be open. We called the number posted on the door and got a generic voicemail that never stated the name of the hotel or anything. We left a message and sat in the parking lot for 30 minutes. Eventually, someone did appear, stating they weren’t aware the door was locked and didn’t know what was going on with the phones...

"I try to be not too critical of Super 8s, because you get what you pay for. However, the property is tucked in behind a Quality Inn and is cumbersome to access, with views of the Quality Inn just a few feet away. Okay. There is no elevator, and therefore, no luggage carts. "Requested in room coffee so didn’t have to go downstairs to other end of the hotel first thing to get a cup of coffee and the staff was very accommodating. They brought up a small coffee machine and two packets each of regular and decaf coffee. However, I didn’t notice that there wasn’t a hairdryer in the room until after I showered, so I had to go to the front desk since there are no in room phones and my text was not responded to.
