"The breakfast was very good, set us up for the day. The bedroom was a bit small, but we had a lovely ensuite."

"Overall the property was very clean and everything was brand new. Great location and close walk to every where. Only down fall was the kitchen didn't have as many pots and pans if you wanted to cook a family meal. The iron was not working but we got a replacement the next day. The ceiling in the bedroom upstairs was quite low and became quite warm. The property does not have air con except for a fan in the living room. We took an additional fan with us which helped. I would recommend this...

Signage to say you're allowed to drop-off/pick-up would have been appreciated. "We stayed as a family of 4 in a superior apartment. The apartment itself is lovely and has been decorated really modern with nice touches. Unfortunately the cleanliness of the apartment could have been better for me. The sofa bed bedding was all in a ball in a cupboard, none of it was folded up or placed nicely so the bedding and pillows had dust and bits of rubbish on. "We like this hotel as the location is ideal for both the town centre and the Barbican with its choice of bars and restaurants. We did find a few things that could be improved but nothing that spoilt our stay 1) a bottle of water would be nice in the rooms 2) while our room had a coffee table not in an ideal location to be able to use it for cups as an ample supply of teas and coffees supplied or just to sit around. 3) Breakfast seemed a bit haphazard having to go to different rooms to get what...
