"The Hilton Garden Inn North Phoenix is a nice hotel. No compaints except that they charge for parking. I hate hotels that charge for parking. Just another fee that Expedia did not include or diclose. I might have chosen a different hotel if I knew that an additional $10 per night would be added onto my stay."

"The hotel was pretty nice, but the pool/outside area isn't the greatest and all you hear is traffic. Breakfast was really good. Rooms are comfortable. Check in was REALLY at the time they tell you - 4 p.m. and no earlier. Our room AC was not working and we did get a person to come fix it just a few minutes after calling. "Excellent hotel for the price point! Rooms, Beds, linens, etc were very clean and new. Hotel staff was very attentive and personally asked if we needed anything everytime we passed the hotel lobby and texted me a couple of times as well. Hotel hallways were very clean, new carpet and everything looked and smelled fresh. Very good variety and fresh food at the breakfast buffet that included an egg station to have custom orders made. Additionally, the staff at the Hacienda restaurant were unhelpful and came across as rude.
