I could be have a rough day and the staff from both place just made it better with a simple hello, good morning and the pleasantries though out the day! The fact that it’s in station 1 makes it even better when you come back to a relaxing place! The staff well let’s just say it’s all about you ask MAR and the rest of the staff Mar made my stay happier than I thought it was going to be by just greeting me every day!"

"We had an outstanding stay. The premises were immaculately clean, and the food was exceptional, with the exception of the Sinigang na salmon I ordered for dinner, which unfortunately was not prepared with fresh ingredients, resulting in an adverse allergic reaction that caused swelling and itchiness in my left eye. The staff were courteous, extremely kind, and helpful. Overall, my husband and I enjoyed our stay. Thank you."

"Breakfast is excellent. The room is reasonably spacious. An efficient system has been in place to help guests transfer from airport to the hotel and back, which is not easy if taken by unfamiliar guests."

"The hotel is new so that great. Rooms nice. People working at hotel very nice. My only comment would be don’t say ma’am to many times. I know they are being polite but once is enough always. Just a constructive comment. The hotel is very clean and they are meticulously cleaning constantly. It’s a good location too because it’s in station zero away from all the crowded areas so relaxing to be away from it. Thx for my stay."

"Everyone was so friendly & helpful . We had some issues with our room, but , it was taken care of immediately. Would recommend this hotel, only wish they had an agreement with one of the hotels directly on the beach for us to have access to their amenities even for a small price"

"The staff was very nice. I do suggest that a door tag be provided to hang on the door when you leave the room - If you would like the room cleaned or not? Also, let the guests know that the staff will need 15 mins to check the room before you check out of the hotel and the end of your stay."

"Mandarin nest was such a great place to stay in Boracay! The staff were always pleasant and there to help with anything you need. They organized our transfer to and from the airport which was extremely convenient. They even carried our heavy luggage across the sand to the hotel for us (we felt so bad…) but they were happy to assist even when we wanted to help. The hotel itself is in prime location on the beach in a perfect spot to explore. There are dedicated beach chairs you can use. We did not...

"Great staff service and the room was clean early on which allowed us to check in earlier with no charge. Air conditioning was average, not too cold and not hot either. The free breakfast buffet had limited options and although some food weren’t to my taste, there were options for everybody. Overall great stay and we would book here again"
