"Paper thin walls, you can hear every conversation, and everything else going on. The water never turned hot, or even warm, in the shower. I tried to add the discounted breakfast fee after I booked and was told that wasn’t possible (not sure why they couldn’t add it to my bill). The one redeeming thing was the breakfast restaurant staff who were very courteous."

"We chose this hotel because they offered shuttle service to and from airport and we only needed the room for a nap. They DID NOT have shuttle service and wouldn’t refund us for the $15 cab ride from airport to hotel."
