"Arrived at Airport in the wee hours of the morning. Easy pickup and check in despite the hour. Room was cozy and bed was especially comfy and I slept great. Staff so friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely stay again."

"The shower was nice and all the Amenities. We asked staff for a microwave to be put in room and granted our request. The being priced that high should automatically come with microwave in room. The Tram was well worth the ride and we had lunch at the top.So a very nice time!"

"Noone had been in the shower and there were hairs. The fan above the toilet was dusty. There was a screw coming out of the towel bar. The doorknob to the connecting door fell off and someone from the other room could have reached their hand in and unlocked the deadbolt. we called the front desk and they said that the hotel was booked and they would call the upper leadership. And then they would call us back. We never got a phone call. The phone in the room did not work. But they took my phone...

"We liked this place. Our room was clean and fairly large. There is a small cafe next to the lobby where we enjoyed a salad, burger and a beer. This hotel is walkable to the museum, shopping and ship creek."

"The room was clean and tidy, the location was convenient, and the shuttle service was prompt. We were able to store our luggage at the lodge and were driven directly to the train station after checking out; we didn't retrieve our bags until we arrived in Anchorage, which was extremely convenient."

"We stayed for two nights. On the second day, housekeeping entered our room, threw the bedding onto the floor, and did not clean the room at all (I'm not sure if they forgot). After a long and tiring day of travel, it was devastating to return and find the room in such a condition. I have never had this kind of experience at any hotel before."

"Cute hotel, staff are so nice and the property clean. Good location. Restaurant and bar good food, kitchen very slow to get food out. We were given a handicap accessible room (we didn’t need!) just be aware there is no room for your toiletries/makeup as it is just a sink in the bathroom. And the room temp never got below 72 even though it was set lower. I will say maintenance tried to help with this, but to no avail. Hotel has train on one side and busier street on the other, so rooms are noisy."

"Not a place for families, but ok for a single guy who can’t find another place on short notice. FYI only a few rooms have their own bathroom, so make sure that you know that going in. Loud outside, but plenty of parking tbh"

"Really nice staff and comfortable beds! Had clean and nice showers and bathroom! Even though they were shared they still felt private and were always available when we needed them. Super affordable and would definitely recommend staying here! It was the perfect location after our long flight into Anchorage."

"Due to key card issues, the room was unlocked and the door ajar at arrival. The room had musty odor which we were able to mitigate somewhat with the AC and one of the window locks was broken so the window didn't close tight. There was only 1 bed and we were offered to purchase a roll away cot for the night if needed."
