"The exterior of the property seemed ok. Inside was clean and well maintained. Room windows (exterior)were absolutely filthy. Double beds were just ok. I do not understand why some hotels have doubles instead of queen. Bathroom lighting was good while the room lighting was very dim with no over head lights. The room was clean and everything was in working order."

"Conveniently located and modern. Staff is friendly and helpful. Tries to look fancier than it is. The floor we were on was quite warm and our AC made a loud rattling noise which was annoying. The “restaurant” is a bit of a joke with meh quality food and high prices. Having to pay for parking also seems silly considering the location."

"For how much the hotel cost the rooms were NOT well maintained. The hotel also did not keep track well of the state of the rooms. When we initially checked into our room we noticed that the first room they gave us had a fully deconstructed toilet with the seat literally resting on the bathroom countertop. "The parking valet was very helpful and explained all options. Street parking (no cost after 6pm) was smarter for us than $45 overnight valet. The hot breakfast was tasty and well managed. Plenty of options for our family of 3 (waffles, eggs, sausage, potatoes, oatmeal, yogurt, cereal, fruit, juice, coffee). "Booked on Expedia, was told that I will not get any services or points because I used Expedia. I put in a complaint to Hilton but did not hear back. The young man at the desk stated that all I saved by using Expedia was $10 bucks. I won't stay again. I am a long time Hilton member but will use another brand in the future. It would be in Expedia's best interest to look into stopping this."

"I’m usually REALLY easy-going about cleanliness, but the bathroom was filthy. There were pee stains on the toilet seat left from the previous people, the sheets had an odor that was really pungent, and there was ,what I’m going to assume was, toothpaste on the sink handle. The front desk was really cool, easy going helpful and understood that it was late and we just wanted to sleep. That was REALLY well appreciated"

"5th year staying at the Magnolia. Room was clean and cleaned daily and they gave me 4 extra pillow. Free water provided at front desk as well as cookies at night. We also got window room. Staff was helpful with any questions and allowed late checkout. This year did not visit bar but sometimes on weekends they have live music. Only wish they had a pool."
