"This trip could’ve been a lot better! But communication was not there at all. I missed my flight and call the hotel to check me in cause I was coming in the next day instead. Not only when I arrived around 12, the room wasn’t ready! The front desk took my number and told me she will call me once the room is ready! We drove around town until 4pm and never got a text! So I had to go in and ask about the room, then she proceeded to check us in. We almost missed our spa appointment and they still...

"Tripping hazards throughout the property.
Loud music that starts at 9pm.. kinda late to start a loud show. Room definitely shows wear. Not spotless and floors were dirty even upon arrival. Food at the buffets was just ok. Same things every day. The Italian place was very good.
Did appreciate the sustainability efforts with reusable cups.
Overall it was a nice first visit."
