"Overall we had a wonderful time at our stay. The only thing I would say they need to improve on is their front desk . Anytime we called no one would answer, and when we’d go to the lobby they weren’t always there either. Otherwise, the property is beautiful and we had a wonderful time!"

"My Wife and I were very pleased with our stay ( 7/28 to 8/4)…Staff was mostly excellent …Concierge and Pool Maintainer Leo were excellent and very friendly…The one complaint I have about personnel is the Lady that works in the Market; she follows you around the small store as if you’re going to steal something. Service charge is included in all food bills ; it was obvious on the receipt in the restaurants, so that you don’t include a higher tip…..The receipt at the wave shack was folded in such...
