"Check in was great with Charlyn! Unfortunately we had asked for rooms to be closer to each other months ahead of time due to traveling with family and they didn’t do that. We had plenty of rooms unoccupied next to us. They told us they couldn’t do that because we didn’t have the same kind of room, but in fact, we had the exact same kind of room! "Overall, our experience was okay. We had issues with our television ( It didn't work the whole time we were at the resort). We contacted the front desk many times and were given different answers. One of the outdoor restaurants had birds flying around while we trying to eat. We saw them leave droppings on the chairs and ground. The casino was just okay.

"Had to notify staff do to multiple cockroaches in our room. Resort was good other than little things like ice machine not working, shower door not closing all the way, elevator out of service. Those little things add up though. Loved Aruba but would stay somewhere else next time."
