"Miguel at the bar was our main server and he was a big help. The meals at the restaurant were lovely - excellent view of the ocean. Food was great. Converting euros to CND$ makes it all feel quite expensive. But we felt overall that the value equation was there compared to other European destinations. Rooms were great, kept clean by cleaning staff. One recommendation is to invest in a larger TV for the Bar area. Watching the world cup on a 48 inch screen was somewhat comical. Great location...

"Rooms are clean and spacious enough. The staff is super friendly and helpful they were all so awesome with the kids. Staff is very attentive and if you have any issues they do their best to have it taken care of right away. Location is very convenient to everything g walking distance to town restaurants and drives are also pretty central to both ends of the island. Overall had a perfect stay and look forward to coming back!"

"The hotel is very nice, the indoor pool is a little small and not really appropriate for kids. The room was very clean, sadly we had a random fire alarm in the middle of the night and heard no explanation of why."

"The hotel felt very personal and almost like I was in a paradise. The staff was always friendly and helpful, no matter what we needed they were always able to accommodate. What I really enjoyed was the thermal pools, it made the entire hotel feel more in nature, additionally they were never stingy with their towels unlike some hotels that put a limit on you. Overall great location and amazing experience, would recommend to anyone looking for a paradise getaway. Looking forward to coming back...

"The hotel is in a beautiful location and overall we had a pleasant stay. The breakfast was very good, and the bar staff were excellent—friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The hotel itself is a little dated, and some areas could benefit from better maintenance. The gym could use updating, and I noticed that the windows and some common areas appeared quite dusty.
