"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We stayed on the residential side The property is very clean and modern. The Hotel’s proximity to the downtown area, the fish fry (hub for many local restaurants), paradise Island, and the airport is a bonus! We will book here again in the future."

"I stayed at the Warwick for 5 days 4 nights. The food was great tons of variety and everything tasted great. Board games , ping pong tables , and sand l volleyball court filled in the gaps in our itinerary which was awesome. The initial staff seemed bothered to be checking us in and very dismissive to any questions we had. Not all staff was like this but 6/10 were. The hallways smelled a little moldy which makes sense since it was primarily carpet. Was charged a $240 deposit which I’m still...

"The property was a little “tired” BUT I would definitely go back. It wasn’t over crowded, the food was amazing, staff was great."

"This is a family friendly resort, and the water park, pools, and beach are excellent. Hotel rooms definitely need an upgrade. The lobby and grounds are well kept, and housekeeping does a good job, but the rooms definitely need attention. Staff around the water park and in general are not so friendly or welcoming. Overall, great vacation but can definitely can improve the experience for the cost of staying here."

"Tuesday to Sunday They didnt clean the room not even once, we gave 40$ pre-tips to the housekeepers snd still they didnt come. No toilet paper, the toilet was slashing water, no soap. We told front desk and still didnt come. Overall unhappy people"

"Do not stay in The Reef. Very unkempt and there’s absolutely no restaurant/bars in this tower, the gift shop sold no alcohol. If we wanted to do anything kid friendly, eat, go to the casino, etc., you have to shuttle over to another tower. It’s very inconvenient when children and/or bigger parties involved. The cushion on the couch was disgusting and the rug looks like it’s NEVER been changed out. Lastly, you will be charged a delivery fee if you order room service; as if this is Uber Eats....

"We had a wonderful stay at the Comfort Inn Suites. The day passes to Atlantis were excellent! The pool, restaurant, and out rooms were all very nice. It was a more economical way to experience Atlantis and enjoy all that the area offers. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Great place"

"The aesthetics and the staff were wonderful. However, I paid a lot of money to stay there and the room was disappointing. The bathroom had 0 privacy with wooden shutters and a wooden shutter door. You can see and hear someone using the bathroom. The sink was so close up the wall that water got every where. There are hidden resort fees when you check out! That was an extra 420 dollars! The VAT fees also, ridiculous. We should have got way more with the money we spent! The adult pool they wanted...

"This was the best experience I had at The Bahamas. From touching down at the airport, to check in, to check out. Everything was so well planned on behalf of the resort. I’m so amazed. It was so relaxing and I wish I could stay here forever. Thank you everyone here. I can’t wait to come back again!!"

"El área de la piscina se adultos está un poco descuidada y los bares de playa en mal estado. La comida en los 2 restaurantes extremadamente costosa. Es decir, sin licor (ni siquiera vino) comer una pizza y hamburguesa cuesta 150 dólares. Groseramente costoso"
