"The staff here are absolutely amazing, some remembered me by name after a couple of days! Housekeeping did an awesome job everyday, loved the buffet food, they served fresh seafood and so many amazing dishes! The weather was crap while we were there, an anomaly, but there were still plenty of things to occupy our time."

Rooms used to have a fully stocked bar fridge and bottled water. Now they don’t and only have refillable water bottles to fill to fill with tap water that doesn’t taste good. "I rated it terrible mainly because the hotel manager Nigel. This man was very rude and completely not suitable or competent for his position. I booked 4 nights from February 21-25. After we checked in 10 minutes my daughter found a live maggot on the bed sheet. I wasn’t in the room as I was down there in the lobby. My daughter sent me the pic and I sent to the staff. The booking initially was non refundable, the front staff and the housekeeper manager were nice they apologized for what happened...
