"The staff were all great. Friendly and accommodating. The food was good, with buffet options as well as the option to eat in one of the restaurants. The beach was beautiful! If you are looking for luxury, this is not the place, but if you are looking for a fantastic beach and pool action, this is the place."

"We decided to stay at Comfort Suites instead of Atlantis because we thought it would be a better deal . . . and it was! Honestly, we loved everything about the hotel: the friendly staff, the easy full access to Atlantis, the beautiful epiphytic orchids that line the property. "It was very nice I loved being able to walk to the thru the hotels in the Baha Mar. I also had a lot of fun at club bond. The 4 starts is because of the hidden fees everywhere. Charging a resort fee, admin fee, VAT Fee that’s add up to over $100 a day. Plus they charge a room service fee when you are at the counter not in your room. A naked smoothie was $17 to be clear. "

"I am a bahamian and I can honestly say the food was a 2/10 and did not come out the pan hot. They should have had them under sternos. Besides the food, the place is nice, quiet and relaxing. "

"Although the staff was very pleasant, the property is in need of many upgrades. Every time we showered, the water leaked. We had to use every towel available on the bathroom floor. The furniture in the room was old and rusty and the tile was chipped. The pool deck and poolside furniture could definitly use an upgrade too. I wouldn't recommend dining at the hotel restaurant. The food was horrible but the drinks were good."

"The location was perfect and the property was beautifully maintained. I imagine that it takes a lot of individuals to successfully coordinate and organize a resort of its size. From the shuttle to and from the airport, the ease of checkin, and perfectly manicured grounds, they made it look seemless. Every staff member exemplified professionalism and went out of their way to answer questions or assist in any way. We sincerely appreciate the care shown to us and wish the resort continued success."

"This was our 4th trip to the Rosewood Baha Mar in the last 5 years. The staff has been consistently amazing, and remember us without the aide of CRM. It is the perfect getaway with a flight time from NYC that is manageable, and a proximity to the airport that, all in has us from Newark to poolside in under 3.5 hours. Perfection"
