"Unfortunately, this is my second time staying at the Royal, and once again, I was very disappointed with the customer service. We paid for early check-in and arrived around 12 PM. The front desk told us there was no availability and asked us to wait outside until the room was ready. We waited for more than 5 hours, expecting to receive a phone call, but no one ever contacted us. When we finally went back to the front desk, we were told, “Sorry, we don’t call. You should come back and check.”...

"This is a great hotel modern, clean and has nice pools - shuttle service to beach club spotty not always there y and ATMs stopped working for 2 days make sure to take some cash as not all services accept cards outside the hotel but overall this is awesome place to stay"

"My family of 4 stayed a week at the Goldwyn. We picked this resort because of the ocean front availability with numerous rooms/beds to accommodate our family of 4 with 2 adult children. The property was beautiful, from the electric black out shades to the full kitchen opportunity’s. If you do choose this property, I would recommend not staying near the restaurant/bar as we were woken up daily with moving chairs.
