"The fact that our initial room was completely different than pictured was just a start. We have used HomeAway many, many times with “exceeded expectation” results but this one was a let down. On top of it all, the hotel manager and assistant manager were... let’s just go with “less than pleasant.” I’m stopping here because I could go on and on about things that were overly misrepresented on this particular outfit. "Overall it was an enjoyable stay. For the price, service needs to be taken up a notch. When we checked in there were zero bath towels in our room we had to track someone down to get some, that was a first at any property I’ve stayed at. They definitely need a different system for dinner reservations as several people mentioned in reviews, everything shows booked for the first few days after check in yet there seem to be plenty of empty tables at every restaurant .
