"Grant Hyatt Baha Mar was the total luxury package! From the restaurants to the pools we were impressed time and time again. My daughter went to the kids club every evening which was her favorite. "

"The staff was wonderful, friendly, and always willing to assist. Only issue we had was with out shower head being broken. Took two days of us constantly reaching out to the front desk for any assistance. Other than that, it’s a phenomenal resort."

"The pool was small and without sun for most of the day. The beach, the people that worked there didn’t really help you find a place with an umbrella. And the food in the restaurant that you were basically forced to eat because none of the other restaurants were available because you could not get reservation, the food heated from the day before. I thought I got an ocean view in my room however it was a partial view and down below was a construction zone. Now going to the Bahamas or Rui resort."

"Impressive place; our room had a great view, both of the ocean and of the resort grounds, which included outdoor pools full of marine life. The water park was fabulous. Our kids said it was the coolest place they had ever visited. We did wish that our balcony was a bit bigger."

"Property is definitely showing it's age. The elevators were rarely working, the shower was either extremely hot or cold, amenities in the room are very basic. The activities for kids at the evening were nearly non-existent and even then were cancelled with no communication or rescheduling or alternate. The pools were dirty at times with no real desire from staff to help clean, the slides rotated closures that were not communicated. Food and Beverage are beyond expensive when converted back to...

"The experience was not very pleasant , i booked 3 rooms , 1 Q, 1 k and another Queen , two of the rooms had issues with the AC , one eas freezing , and the other was extremely hot , we called a person came to " fix" it but it didn't help at all , in the one that was frozen cold I had two small children , and it was very difficult to make them settle down in thay room , we call requesting blankets and the answer was the didn't have access to blankets , then they offered switch rooms i said...

"We enjoyed our getaway. Beautiful views of bay and ocean. Our room overlooked the turquoise ocean water. What a spectacular way to wake up and fall asleep with sound and sight of waves. Staff was very kind. Family style place-don’t expect luxury here. Rooms are clean and has coffee machine with pods and mini fridge. Wonderful time to chill and let go as it’s a simple island lifestyle. Enjoyed use of kayaks exploring waters and surroundings. ."
