"The staff could have been more pleasant and welcoming, some of the staff had a very sour face they did not greet or say good morning or good afternoon, very important it makes you feel welcomed. I personally would not come return."

Rooms are clean and cool, buffets are great (lots of options and tasty as hell), pools beautifully maintained, palm trees and plants around the property are so pretty, staff is nice and helpful, shuttle to/from beach few blocks away was handy and the beach was amazing! (Cabbage beach). Shuttle runs every 1/2 hr. Had a great time, definitely going again."

"The room was clean… staff was fine, they did their job. No one was super friendly or gave you that hospitable island vacation vibe… drinks were terrible at the pool bar as well as the casino drinks we tired on the menu there. We were supposed to be able to check in at 4, we couldn’t check in until the 5:30 then we asked for a late checkout which they said they could not do and we understood that was fine but then they tried to come in our room 10 minutes before 11 while we were still finishing...
