"Our room had a broken tap. The shower gel was not replenished until we asked twice. The ocean views are nice and seeing the ships arrive in the morning and depart in the evening was nice. Otherwise the location was too busy. We won’t stay there next time."

"Beautiful location, but unfortunately the resort itself fell short in several areas. The water was absolutely breathtaking and unreal, and the pools were great. Food options were good, the drinks were excellent, and we loved having regular access to drinking water throughout the resort. Unfortunately, the staff were generally unfriendly and lacked personality or warmth. "Views were amazing. Cleaning was impeccable. All the staff are friendly and very welcoming. Hotel is a little outdated but the cleaning makes up for it. Beds are super comfortable. Daily cleaning of the rooms are on point. The food is good overall. Just not to many choices. As of the night entertainment the guy that sings is super cool. Just would have loved to see more variety. Loved the fact that it’s on a private beach where you can just get there and spend all day with no one disturbing your...

"The room, surrounding, beach and pool where well-kept and maintained. However there isn't much to do outside the compound as it is away from local shops and downtown. Generally friendly staff, although I did had a distasteful phone interaction with one receptionist while reporting an incident in our room, but after insisting that it has to be dealt with, management stepped in and rectified it. Overall My wife and I had a good and relaxing stay."
