"It is in serious need of an update. Rooms are clean but very dated. The food is the same stuff every day. If you need a few days there for layover or whatever, it is OK for that but for a full week you get bored with it very fast. The front desk staff is not the most friendly most of them looked like they didn't want to be there and annoyed that you were talking to them."

"This is my first 50/50 review of a resort. I usually stay at RIU resorts since I’m a RIU member, but because I was traveling with a minor, we couldn’t stay at the RIU in the Bahamas. The location is great only 20–25 minutes from the airport, and a taxi for two cost about $40. Check-in was pleasant, but the rooms were disappointing. "The Cove was a great place to visit. However, the food there is very expensive and not worth the prices. One may feel to go downtown where the food can be cheaper adds another hefty taxi fee to your bill."

"We were so sad leaving St. Francis! The staff made our trip so memorable! Mary helped us with daily plans and transport. She was able to book everything for us. Cha Cha was our personal water taxi driver who always had a smile on his face! The cooks and the servers( Dely, Alex,Quami, PJ) were amazing and made our stay enjoyable. We were looking for quiet and a laid back atmosphere. This was it! The Bennett’s will be back!"
