You pay a high price for the room as it is…so the extremely high prices around the property were disappointing. # 2, the property is just too large. We stayed there 20 years ago and the island has transformed into one gouging tourist trap. With so many other options (Dominican, Mexico, Aruba, St. Kitts) who go to this dump of an island. "when we checked into our room we did not get the ocean view we paid for. our room was dirty and had mold all over in the bathrooms. carpet smelled and the room smelled like mold, the staff was very rude they did not want to change our room. they lied by telling us to come back the next day and they will change our room when we went the next day they sailed they have nothing available. all staff will not budge unless you slip them cash. terrible service and the main pool at the cove is now adults...

"Great hotel! It’s close enough to walk to the straw market, but just far enough so you get to much of the madness of the cruise ships. The beach is right across the street. I had an awesome stay!"

"The restaurant staff were very helpful and the buffet restaurant served a variety of tasty food options. The property offered many seating areas outside on the beach and around the pool. There was inside seating as well and a bar that served drinks and snacks. Transportation was readily available to destinations on the Island."
