"Excellent place all good"

"Over all our stay was great. Staff and food were great. Access card for room was perfext."

"Breezes resort is dated and needs much tlc. Hotel needs a lot of work. No drains in the bathroom, no glasses in bathroom, vent didnt work. ceiling had mold and open holes. Sliders didnt close all the way, vents were moldy and dirty. Furniture is old Food is just ok except for specialty restaurants which were better. The only upside is the beach, pool and weather. Staff were very nice. I guess you get what you pay for."

"Property is very central and walking distance to a lot of places but it’s not what it used to be. We used to stay at British Colonial when it was under Hilton and it was Excellent! Very disappointed with the pool area. They didn’t start cleaning the pool until 9am. The pool bar was out of a lot of food items and also drinks. We will not stay at this hotel again."

"There was a terrible odor, almost like a wet soggy carpet in the main corridor on the 21st floor of the Reef. Once you got in your room, it was ok. And once you got into the elevator it went away. But the main hallway carpeted area from the elevator to our room at 21-908 smelt like wet soaked soggy molded carpet."

"The property is well kept the beach is amazing but the staff needs more customer care and courtesy the only people who made our stay worthwhile were 3 bartenders Denaro, Jhaim and Ralph the night shows are not entertaining the entertainment staff is only courteous towards certain customers and the app doesn’t work and it doesn’t have any updated information about the activities we weren’t unable to visit any restaurant but the buffet which actually wasn’t as bad as other people had said...

"The pool was great; however, there’s never enough towels. Sometimes there are these big ants that come into your room from under the door, but overall, the staff and everyone was well accommodated, and it was a great place to stay. Easy access to Atlantis."

"Great Villa, stayed next to their lagoon and it’s close enough to the beach and all the other restaurants within the resort! Just perfect"
